Libya March 5 announced a major government reshuffle involving Prime Minister Shokri Ghanem moving to become head of the state oil company and the abolition of the country's energy ministry.Ghanem,who had been prime minister since June 2003 and before that was head of research at QFECs Vienna secretariat,will become chairman of tlie Natfonai Oil Compare and serve as head of the counb'y^ OPEC delegation,a senior Libyan oil official said.
