Abu Dhabi-Saudi Arabia dismissed November 8 a US Energy Information Administration forecast suggesting it and fellow OPEC members may not fully implement a pledged 1.2 million b/d cut, saying the kingdom was implementing its 380,000 b/d reduction in full (ON 11/8). "Saudi Arabia has implemented its 380,000 b/d cut in full," said a Saudi source in Abu Dhabi on the sidelines of a meeting of Gulf Cooperation Council oil ministers.
