Tullow executive joins Lukman's E&P start-up

Tullow Oil's head of business development manager Brian O'Cathain has resigned to join Nigeria's former presidential oil advtser Rilwanu Lukman's new company,Afren,as CEO,an industry source told Platts Feb 24,Lukman has teamed up with four other businessmen to set up a new oil company whose initial focus will be on the Gulf of Guinea.
