Nigeria and Sao Tome & Principe hope to agree in September on production sharing contracts for five oil blocks in a shared zone believed to hold up to 6-bil bbl of oil.The Joint Development Authority said it would meet in Abuja Aug 25 with the winners of the blocks awarded in May under the 2004 JDZ Licensing Round(ON 6/1)."Subsequent to receiving the final comments from the operators" Sep 16,the Joint Ministerial Council "will meet to make a final decision on the PSCs."
