ConocoPhillips may take half of Keystone pipeline

Canary-ConocoPhillips has agreed to ship crude on TransCanada's planned us2.1-bil Keystone pipeline and may take up to 50% ownership interest in the line,the companies said Nov 3.Completion of the deal is expected to occur after TransCanada's binding open season process,which is to start Nov 4.
