PDVSA plans 1.5-bil in refinery upgrades to add conversion capacity

Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA plans to spend 1.5-bil over the next five years upgrading its domestic refining network,company president Rafael Ramirez said late Apr 5."We are going to give all our refineries deep conversion capacity," Ramirez told reporters at an oil conference in Caracas.
