Husky Energy is planning a reorganization that could see its growing oil sands holdings spun off into a separate independent company or an income trust,said CEO John Lau.Once it receives regulatory approval for its CUS10-bil(US8.2-bil)Sunrise project,expected no later than early 2006,the company will give priority to hiring financial advisors to evaluate the options,basing decisions on an assessment of cash flow,he told a conference call July 20 to discuss second-quarter earnings.
