China extends measures to boost product supply

Hong Kong-China will continue to ban domestic refiners from signing new third-party crude processing deals in 2006 in an effort to retain production capacity to serve domestic demand,the Ministry of Commerce said Dec 20.Chinese oil companies also will need government approval on gasoline,gasoil and kerosene exports through next year.
