Vilnius-Lithuania's Mazeikiu Nafta oil complex remained shut for the third consecutive day Feb 7 following a cut-off in Russian crude supplies,a spokesman for the refinery complex told Platts."At this time we do not have crude," Mazeikiu Nafta spokesman Giedrius Karsokas said. Although it was hoped crude deliveries would be restored by late Feb 7,by evening the refinery was still without supplies.
