US spot ethanol prices were mixed Wednesday relative to Tuesday, as the Chicago Board of Trade March corn futures contract slipped 3.2 cents/bushel to settle at $4.136/gal. The CBOT January Ethanol futures contract rose by .016 cent/ga) to $1.939/gal. Players looked for supply before the new year, but found a tight overall market again.
