Asian naphtha climbed more than $10/mt Tuesday to $468.25/mt on a slight rise in crude and a wider H1 July crack against cash July Brent. The crack climbed $4.65/mt from Monday's Asian close to $53.18/mt, keeping buyers on the sidelines amid a dull market as Japan and South Korea were closed for holidays. In the paper market, Japanese naphtha swaps for June were heard done at $473/mt several times during the Platts assessment process.
