CME set to establish energy position limits

Washington-Pre-empting the possibility of intervention by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission in setting strict position limits on energy trade, CME Group CEO Craig Donohue said July 28 the exchange is prepared to adopt a "hard-limit regime" for energy products to reduce the impact index funds and swap dealers may have on prices.
