Vienna-OPEC's emergency talks in Vienna October 24 must discuss a crude production cut to tackle the oversup-ply that has left some member countries unable to sell their oil,the group's Algerian President Chakib Khelil said October 22.But Khelil,arriving in the Austrian capital,said OPEC was mindful of the global financial crisis and that any decision must also take into account the interests of oil-consuming countries affected by the economic downturn.
