The sweet crude complex in the Mediterranean continued its downward trend Friday,a decline that lasted throughout the week.Traders reported oversupply and refinery maintenance as the main reasons for weakness,despite a healthy gasoil crack.During the Platts Market on Close assessment process,Petroplus lifted Gunvor's offer of a CPC cargo at Dated Brent plus 0.50/barrel,loading April 19-23,85,000mt,ex-Novorossiisk-CPC terminal,CIF Augusta.Also in the MOC process,IPC (Itochu) offered Azeri crude at Dated Brent plus 2.25/b,loading April 24-28,600,000 barrels ex-Cey-han,CIF basis Augusta.
