Vienna-OPEC ministers October 23 appeared to be steering toward a cut in crude output at the group's emergency talks the following day in Vienna,but with views on the size of any cut seemingly still wide apart.The powerful Gulf producers-Saudi Arabia,Kuwait,the UAE and Qatar,which together account for around half of OPEC production-favor a cut of 1 million b/d,a delegate said.Another senior source said Saudi Arabia was eager to ensure that everybody participated in the cut.
