Tight supplies of bunker-specification material were again reported in ARA Tuesday,as sentiment indicated tankers looking to move East were loading with blended fuel oil.Earlier in the month some traders had said the arbitrage East only looked workable on fully-blended material due to the cost of blending in Singapore.
