OPEC's Khelil says members must cut output

Algiers-OPEC President Chakib Khelil said November 2 the oil producer group's members had no choice but to implement the 1.5 million b/d cut agreed in Vienna on October 24 if they wanted oil prices to stabilize between 70/b and 90/barrel.Khelil cautioned,however,that it would take a long time for the output cut to have an impact on oil prices,which have more than halved from records of more than 147/b in early July.
