Incremental exports of cracked Russian M100 high sulfur fuel oil were heard moving from Northwest Europe to the US Gulf Coast, with up to two cargoes expected to arrive in the first half of June, market sources said Thursday. The recent run-up in US Gulf Coast 3%S fuel oil prices amid Mexican utility demand and tight components has encouraged some traders to send spot cracked M100 trans-Atlantic.
