The smaller Azeri program started to have an effect on premiums,pushing levels above those seen in December,trading sources said Thursday."Azeri is scarce,"a trader said.One source put levels at around Dated Brent plus 0.60/barrel,although another source reported trades done around Dated Brent plus 1.80/b.Eni bought an Azeri cargo loading Ceyhan January 7-8 from TCO in a tender at above Dated Brent plus 1.80/b,according to the source.The deal could not be confirmed.
