January-injection Syncrude differential rose 95 cents/b Friday following news that Syncrude Canada's decision to shut its 125,000 b/d Coker 8-3 for 2-4 weeks and lower WTI values.During this outage,Syncrude Canada's other two cokers would increase runs to make up for the loss of Coker 8-3's production.Sources said the actual loss in production would be between 30-40,000 b/d because Coker 8-3 prior to the December 4 fire was running at only 70,000 b/d.
