Caracas-Venezuela will continue honoring distribution and refining agreements for its Orinoco synthetic crude now that state oil firm PDVSA has increased its stake in four existing projects in the heavy oil belt to an average 78% from 39% through nationalization,company president and energy and oil minister Rafael Ramirez told Platts June 27(OPR 6/27).
