Americas Crude:Hibernia output reduced

Crude output from the Hibernia oil field offshore eastern Canada has been reduced to about 120,000 b/d because of water seeping into the crude during the pumping process,the field's equity lifters said Friday.While the production was lowered to about 120,000 b/d,it was not immediately known how large a cut that represented.Hibernia has the capacity to produce 180,000 b/d,but at times has produced over its capacity.In July,production averaged 163,750 b/d.
