Urals could not sustain recent record highs Friday.The impact of the Kirkuk tender in the Mediterranean and high differentials in the north led buyers to hold back.Moreover,the return of backwardation in the Brent structure put downward pressure on demand from refiners who normally prefer to run their stocks down under such circumstances.
