The US Atlantic Coast physical residual fuel market Friday saw 1% sulfur residual fuel assessed higher than 3%S by Platts for the first time Friday since September 25,when the spread was 10 cents.Friday's assessment placed 1% at 71.30/b compared to 71.10 for 3%.During late-September to mid-November stretch,3% sulfur traded as much as 4.35 higher,on both October 9 and October 11.
