Petroecuador Friday was weighing bids for a sale tender of 19 Oriente cargoes that ranged from a discount to cash WTI of 9.95/barrel to a 16.80/b discount,Latin American crude market sources said Friday.The Panamax-sized cargoes are to load from late August through October.Petroecuador declined comment until a selection committee names the winning bidders Friday at 6:00 pm in Quito(2300 GMT).The bids had been opened Thursday afternoon.
