New York-Operations at US Northeast refiner Sunoco will be business as usual despite big executive changes announced this week,according to Joel Maness,former head of refining who is now becoming a "strategic advisor."Sunoco said late July 3,on the eve of a US holiday,that Maness,who turns 57 this year,would step down July 9 as executive vice president for refining and supply to become a part-time strategic advisor.He could then "spend more time with his family and on personal interests," the company said.
