Cape Town,South Africa-The South African refinery strike entered its fifth day August 3 as pumps began to run dry and consumers braced for serious fuel shortages in the event a solution to the wage dispute is not found.A spokeswoman for local refiner Engen said its 135,000 b/d Durban-based refinery was running but some of its depots had run dry.
