Galveston,Texas-When Chevron-backed Galveston Bay Biodiesel began planning a biodiesel facility back in 2005,it envisioned a maximum 100 million gal/year capacity.But the market has been so strong the company now believes there is room to nearly double that in about two years,the project's top officials said June 21.
