OPEC's Badri says oil prices not justified by market fundamentals,80'too high'

Vienna-OPEC Secretary General Abdalla el-Badri said September 14 the oil producer group did not believe oil prices would remain at current levels,saying they were not justified by market fundamentals or any shortage of crude.Speaking to reporters in Vienna,Badri said the record prices above 80/barrel seen on the New York Mercantile Exchange last week were"too high"and that OPEC did not want prices at such levels.
