Los Angeles CARBOB cash differentials shifted lower Wednesday behind a 1.3-million barrel storage build,as reported by the US Energy Information Administration.PADD V gasoline storage hit 31 million barrels for the week ending June 15,the highest level since February.June barrels were reported to trade at the July NYMEX RBOB contract plus 15 cents/gal,with July trades ranging from August plus 18 to 19 cents/gal.In Portland,conventional unleaded was heard offered at July plus 8 cents/gal.
