Magellan seeks another buyer for Oklahoma City terminal

Magellan Midstream Partners is seeking to find another buyer for the Oklahoma City petroleum products terminal it recently acquired from Shell,after a proposed deal with Tulsa-based Semfuels fell apart.Magellan Tuesday withdrew its request for the US Federal Trade Commission to approve Semfuel as a buyer of the 150,000 bbl-capacity terminal,FTC said in a statement.Sale of the terminal to an FTC-approved buyer was a condition for the regulator's approval of Magellan's us490-mil purchase of Shell midstream assets in October.
