Iraq awards 3-mil bbl Kirkuk tender to BR Cepsa,Total

Iraq's State Oil Marketing Organization has awarded a 3-mil bbl tender for Kirkuk crude lifting from the Turkish Mediterranean port of Ceyhan to BP,Cepsa and Total,a source at the organization said Aug 24.Each company has been awarded 1-mil bbl,while Turkey's Tupras has only received barrels under its term contract,not under the tender as some market participants had speculated.
