West African and Nigerian grade differentials strengthened Tuesday on the back of higher Brent and WTI prices.Activity,however,is limited as traders are waiting for June programs and May OSPs.Still,there was talk of some May cargoes being on offer."Sellers are still looking to move some cargoes of different blends and grades.There are few cargoes left," a trader said.
