EPA working on rule to eliminate oxygenate rule

Washington-The US Environmental Protection Agency is working on a final rule to repeal the oxygenate-content requirement for reformulated gasoline,as required by the Energy Policy Act of 2005,William Wehrum,the agency's acting administrator for air and radiation,said Dec 13."We're working on the rule right now,"Wehrum said after giving remarks on energy efficiency at an event in Washington.He had no estimate on when the final rule would be issued.
