Platts is studying the impact of the disclosure Jan 6 by Worldscale Association that many of its 2004 base rates were published incorrectly.Worldscale has said that a"program error"resulted in hundreds of freight rates being incorrectly calculated in the 2004 editio of the worldscale publication.Worldscale said the error resulted in euros being converted incorrectly into dollars.
