Italian refined oil product demand recovered in February to a 0.9% year on year decrease,following January's retreat of 7.2% when cold weather hit demand,the national producers association Unione Petrolifera said in a monthly report Thursday.In February,Italy consumed 7.1-mil mt of refined oil product,unchanged on January,according to data from the industry ministry.
