Enbridge to prorate Line 9 in August

New York-Enbridge Canada plans to prorate its Line 9 crude pipeline during August by 21%,up from that in July at 18%,the company said lat Monday.This would be the eighth time this year the large line operator has had to prorate shipments along Line 9.
