PDVSA restarts EI Palito cracker, will resume oil shipments to ConocoPhillips

Caracas-Venezuela's state oil company PDVSA said Wednesday it had restarted its catalytic cracker at the 130,ooo b/d El Palito refinery. "The unit was restarted last night and its production is being progressively ramped up. We estimate it will be operating at 100% in 48 hours," a refinery spokesman told Platts.
