Oil markets could tighten further if Iraqi production remains low and OPEC members comply fully with their new quotas which came into effect Jun 1,Nigeria's top oil official said Wednesday. "We expected Iraq to come back with a substantial amount, which has not materialized," presidential adviser on petroleum Rilwanu Likman told Platts in an interview after OPEC's Doha talks.
