Differentials in the US Gulf Coast crude market tumbled Monday primarily on Marathon Ashland's move to shut its Louisiana refinery because of a fire on Sunday, trading sources said. The losses were also blamed on OPEC's decision to raise output by 1.5-mil b/d. But the fall appears to have hit a bottom, sources said, as the ongoing Venezuelan labor strike resumed center stage.
