Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA will restart lifting cargoes of reformulated gasoline to the US on Thursday or Friday this week, a company spokesman said Monday. "We have scheduled 3-mil bbls of RFG to the US in May. The first will start loading on Thursday or Friday," the spokesman at PDVSA's giant 940,000 b/d Paraguana refining complex in the western state of Falcon told Platts.
