In 1% S, cargo bids heards as high as US28.65/mean for Southern/Sithe, delivery basis Sandwich, Mass, attracted an offer at US28.75/bbl for up to 350,0000bbls of Southern quality, basis NYH. In 0.3%S HP, bids heard as high as US36.50/mean-15cts for Con Ed spec, basis NYH, was met with a US37/bbl Con Ed offer by mid-afternoon, but nothing traded.
