A decision by the ChevronTecaco-led Tengizchevroil joint venture (TCO) to suspend at the giant Tengiz field in west Kazakhstan could jeopardize the Caspian Pipeline Consortium's (CPC) plans to expand capacity in its 28-mil mt/year export system linking the Central Asian republic with terminals on the Black Sea, CPC and Nov 15.
