Statoil, Norsk outline plans to rein in output

Norway's Statoil and Norsk Hydro Mar 19 out-lined plans to rein in offshore oil production as part of Norway's pledge to curb its output during the first part of this eyar. Statoil said it was reducing output all but two of its Norwegian fields in late March, with Sygna and Heidrun the only fields not affected.
