Americas crude: Gulf draws strength from contango

In the US Gulf Coast most grades differentials gained, drawing strength from a widening contango in the futures market. Nov/Dec WTI was earlier talked at minus 6 cts to minus 4 cts, although ending at minus 2 cts. The widening contango was tied to a house build reported by the API on US crude stocks.
