Offers for domestic manganese ferroalloys in China continue to underperform relative to the USA and Europe. Our assessments of average silico-manganese and high-carbon material in March are RMB 7,800/tonne and RMB 6,900/tonne respectively, which are down some RMB 150 and RMB 200 from month ago levels.
