Next Generation Access Broadband in Europe is Moving....Albeit Slowly

The European Commission released a Staff Working Document in late March on the “Implementation of National Broadband Plan” updating European broadband developments. Research for this document was compiled from a series of national broadband workshops conducted in late 2011. Conclusions on fixed networks, Internet access and broadband speeds follow with bracketed comments provided by CRU.
