摘要

Several baryons containing a heavy b-quark have been discovered. The decays of these states provide new platform for testing the standard model (SM). We study CP violation in SM for charmless two-body decays of the flavor SU(3) anti-triplet beauty baryon (b-baryon) B = (Xi(-)(b), Xi(0)(b), Lambda(0)(b)) in a model independent way. We found, in the flavor SU(3) symmetry limit, a set of new predictive relations among the branching ratio Br and CP asymmetry Acp for B decays, such as A(CP)(Xi(-)(b) -> K-0 Xi(-))/A(CP)(Xi(-)(b) (K) over bar Sigma(-)) =-Br(Xi(-)(b) ->-)/Br((K) over bar (0)Sigma(-)), Acp(Lambda(0)(b) -> pi(-) p)/A(CP)(Xi(0)(b) -> K-Sigma(+))tau(0)(Lambda b)/Br(Lambda(0)(b) ->(K) over bar-Sigma(-)), A(CP)(Lambda(0)(b) -> pi(-))/A(CP) (Xi(0)(b) -> pi(-) Sigma(+) )tau Lambda(0)(b) and A(CP)(Lambda(0)(b) -> K(-)p)/A(CP)(Xi(0)(b)-pi(-) Sigma(+)) = -Br(Xi(0)(b) -> pi-Sigma(+))tau Lambda(0)(b)/Br(Lambda(0)(b) -> pi(-)p)tau(0)(Xi b) Future data from LHCb can test these relations and also other relations found.
