Communication and Teamwork: Sumitomo Corporation's Strength

Tumitomo Corporation is aiming to win the trust of its stakeholders through transparency in its management and through its commitment to unfailing achievement of the targets that it has set. As one means of promoting communication with stakeholders, the company last year started holding meetings for individual investors. At the session held in Tokyo this February, attended by about 650 people, President and CEO Motoyuki Oka. discussed the company's achievements and prospects.
