In the chart to the right we show the top 10 aluminium producers by output. In 2013, we expect the top 10 primary aluminium producers to increase output by 655,000 t to 25.5m t. However, there is a disparity between producers in China and the world ex. China. Chinese producers are set to increase production by 544,000 t this year compared to only 110,000 t at producers in the world ex. China. Shandong Xinfa Aluminium is forecast to lift output by around 300,000 t in 2013.
